    After having worked for over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Frédéric decided to create Food Symphony with the objective to provide small and medium size food and beverage businesses with large scale company operational standards and processes, in order to help them get a better understanding and control of their results and generate growth.

    During the course of his career he accumulated extensive managerial experience in the hotel industry, chains restaurants, event and airline catering, complemented with management of concession restaurants located in malls , franchises, Restaurant located in large shopping areas, railway stations and airports around the world.

    He is a Belgian citizen and holds a degree in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

    Stephanie has been a major driving force behind the formation of Food Symphony, and brings with her more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality business. Stephanie’s aim is to help small & medium size businesses implement straightforward marketing strategies.

    She started her career in Berlin before going to Vietnam to broaden her horizon. After that, she moved back to Switzerland, and worked with an international F&B company in the travel sector where she held key responsibility positions in driving sales, concept development, as well as managing relationships with main suppliers. She has gained strong commercial experience by working with well-known brands such as Burger King, Starbucks and Caviar House & Prunier.

    She is a Swiss citizen and holds a degree in Management of Hotel Operations from the Lausanne School of Hotel Management (EHL), a specialisation in Communication and Publicity for restaurants from the ISGEG and a specialisation in F&B and Online marketing from the Escuela de Marketing Gastronómico.

Josep Mª Masó

    Josep María is truly passionate about gastronomy and has more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He developed his skills in well-known kitchens such as the Neichel Restaurant in Barcelona, the Racó de Can Fabes in Sant Celoni, the Durán in Figueres, the Roger Smith Hotel in New York and the five star Hotel Paulita in Puigcerda. He worked as Executive Chef at the popular Cañete Barra y Mantel and at the emblematic restaurant 7 Portes in Barcelona.

    He also participated in the commemoration of the centenary of Gaudi in New York through the "Six hands cuisine concept " with Santi Santamaria and Fermín Puig. While food preparation is at the top of his priorities, Josep María has become an expert in supply management, staff management, menu planning, production processes and food safety and hygiene.

    He currently works as Executive Chef in the new project Eat at bEAuTy in Llívia.

    Arthur spent his entire career on the "other side of the bar" as a supplier, which helped him explore in the depth the world of hospitality, and look at it from another point of view. He also managed three businesses and restaurants, as an entrepreneur, at various stages of his career.

    He has worked in large multinationals such as Coca-Cola and Hojiblanca Group. Thanks to his experience, he is knowledgeable in many business models and in different channels of hospitality business: traditional and chain restaurants, franchises, hotels, catering, cafes, sport events (football and basketball), etc.

    He holds an MBA from the University of Wales and has extensive training in the world of wine, both in oenology and viticulture.
